Good but not perfect

The bike rides well and I love the color options. However it took 3 weeks to arrive and the fenders weren't included in the box (they were in a separate package). Reached out to support and they sorted it out.

Incredible power and range

The 1000W motor is no joke. I commute 25 miles each way and this thing handles it without breaking a sweat. Arrived well packaged and setup was easy. 5 stars all day.

Worth every penny

I was skeptical about the price but after riding it for two weeks I can say it's absolutely worth it. Battery lasts way longer than advertised. The free gifts were a nice bonus too!

Great bike, minor issues

Overall very satisfied. Powerful motor, great range. Docked one star because the display could be brighter in direct sunlight. Customer support was very helpful when I had a question.

Perfect for trail riding

Took it out on some fairly rough trails and it handled everything like a champ. The suspension soaks up bumps nicely and the brakes are responsive. Assembly was straightforward. Highly recommend!

Best ebike I've ever owned!

I've had this bike for 3 months now and it's exceeded all my expectations. The motor is incredibly powerful, handles hills effortlessly, and the range is spot on. Build quality feels premium.
